Prosser | PRIME AE was a part of the General Capital team selected by GSA in this build to suit (BTS) for the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Located in Flagler Center, one of Jacksonville’s premier business parks, the new Class A office building provides premier office space along with a secure processing area for this critical federal government facility. The facility achieved a LEED Silver designation and includes an Emergency Management Center with generator buildings and a Bus Storage Facility with Sally Port.
Prosser | PRIME AE’s consulting services included site selection, obtaining Architectural Review Board and transportation concurrency approvals, engineering design, preparation of construction documents, environmental and local permitting and construction administration.
