FDOT I-95 & US 17 Interchange Landscape

The landscape design for this project utilized native plant materials to recreate a mesic forest along the FDOT right-of-way, and established a northern “Gateway” to Florida along I-95. This project included the development of a complete plan set, including landscape irrigation, traffic control plans, and post design services.

INNOVATIVE ELEMENTS

• Subsurface hydrological analysis was utilized to guide placement of plant species
• Use of 3D graphics to test spatial quality
