Daytona State College’s Daytona Beach Campus is the institution's primary location. The Board of Trustees, Facility Planning Advisory Committee and the Office of President presided over a groundbreaking 5- and 20-year campus master plan, which is currently being implemented. The 5-year master plan includes five phases following a detailed capital improvement plan.
Prosser | PRIME AE completed the campus master plan, which included existing conditions, data analysis and findings, an architectural conditions assessment and a capital improvements plan. Key planning considerations included an analysis and correlating measures to address online academic delivery methods, a transportation solution to address safety on campus associated with International Speedway Boulevard and a strategic property acquisition analysis.
Prosser | PRIME AE continues to provide planning and design services in the implementation of key projects programmed in the master plan, including the new student union and campus entry.
