MEDICAL CAMPUS MASTER PLAN
The Brooks Rehabilitation Health Park is a 120-acre medical mixed use campus with the mission to provide the continuum of care and other associated medical-oriented support for northeastern Florida. Based on that goal Prosser | PRIME AE was asked to provide a flexible master plan for the project.
Our team lead the efforts required to develop goals and objectives, internal site selection, building and facilities programming, case study development, master planning and initial infrastructure cost analysis. Our team is also involved in permitting, design and site planning for the site specific improvements including master infrastructure and the first phase of development.
